The new RIELA Single-Conveyor Dryer

EA high performance dryer for drying of wood sawdust, wood shavings, plastic granules, spent grains as well as material with high fines content.

Advantages of the RIELA Single-Conyeyor Dryer:

  1. Suction operations, i.e. the air flows through from above to below the heating register, through the product flow and through the belt and is suck off by the exhaust ventilator.
  2. Utilization of a special betl  with filter effect,  so that a low level of dust  contamination results in the exhaust air.
  3. With automatic conveyor run-control for a safe operation.
  4. Especially suited for the use of low-temperature heat , e.g. hot water in a temperature ratio of 70 up to 90°C from compact heating power stations of biogas plants, pressurized water up to 130°c, exhaust steam of steam turbines with low pressure or exhaust gas of heating plants für Transmission of energy by a cycle compbined hot water system etc.
  5. High drying capacity per m² belt surface through high air speed in through-flow process.
  6. Mobile implementation with 18 m² drying surface on 13.6 m - trailer or stationary up to approx 160 m².
  7. Adjustable product supply via double-soring auger or via discharge pivot conveyor  and spicked roller with adjustable elevation.
  8. With automatic belt control to avoid the side slipping of the belt.
  9. With rubberized drive roller to ensure that the drive is free from slippage

The thoughput is reduced and the energy requirement is increasing if the intake air temperature is below 15°C. A higher heating performance of 38% would be necessary in order to arrive at – 10°C at the same drying air temperature of 80°C and thus keeping the throughput. When starting with a humidity content of 50% instead of 45% the throughput of wet material is reduced by approx. 12%.
